Bartlesville, OK – RCB Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Tony Bernal as a new Loan Officer in the Bartlesville branch. With over six years of banking experience, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge in back-office operations, credit risk and lending to his new role.

Beginning in 2018, Tony’s banking career started in a call center, handling various financial transactions. His career quickly progressed, leading to a promotion to credit risk officer in late 2019. In July 2020, Tony transitioned into lending, a role he has excelled in ever since.

Throughout his career, Tony has demonstrated a commitment to professional development. He has successfully completed the Oklahoma Banker’s Association school for commercial and consumer lending, as well as the American Bankers Association Foundation and Advanced Commercial lending schools. These accomplishments, coupled with his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in finance, have significantly contributed to his professional growth and expertise.

Tony’s approach to banking is characterized by his focus on building relationships, analytical skills in loan structuring and a willingness to adapt to the ever-evolving banking industry. He is known for his personable nature and his dedication to listening and showing respect when helping customers achieve their financial goals.

In joining RCB Bank, Tony is motivated by the alignment of the bank’s mission and values with his career goals. Bernal’s professional goals include becoming an effective team leader and making a positive impact on the Bartlesville community.

Outside of work, Tony maintains a healthy work-life balance by spending time with close friends and family. When not hanging out with friends, he and his wife, Erin, love traveling, trying new restaurants and attending sporting events. They also enjoy spoiling their two French Bulldogs. Currently, Tony is working on improving his golf game.
