CUSHING, Okla. – After 10 years at RCB Bank, Curtis Bales becomes the RCB Bank Market President for the Cushing, Stroud, Drumright and Oilton markets.
“The opportunity to relocate to the Cushing area is an honor,” said Bales. “The staff at all four locations are very experienced and love their communities. That makes my job here that much easier.”
His wife and two kids are also looking forward to the move.
“This area is a great place to raise a family. My wife and I have met many nice people here and look forward to developing more relationships in the communities.”
Prior to his new position, Bales spent the last eight years as a lender and manager of the Mid-America branch in Pryor.
“Curtis has the experience and attitude we want in all our Market Presidents,” said President and CEO Roger Mosier. “He wants to help communities grow and genuinely cares about employees.”
