Jim Robison joins RCB Bank in Owasso

OWASSO, Okla. – RCB Bank welcomes Jim Robison as VP Loan Officer in Owasso.

Robison has worked in banking for 12 years, including the past four years as a lender.

“I’m a risk manager and a problem solver by nature, so I love working with customers to find solutions to their financial issues,” Robison said. “I look forward to creating new relationships and making sure our customers’ needs are met with all that RCB Bank offers.”

Robison was born in Pittsburgh and raised in a small community in southwestern Pennsylvania. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, he moved to Oklahoma to start his banking career in 2010 and he and his family “fell in love with Oklahoma.”

Robison said his No. 1 piece of financial advice is “Make – and stick to – a realistic budget.”

He is very involved in the community, serving on the board of both the Tulsa Christian Businessmen and Oklahoma Department of Libraries. He also volunteers at The Bridge Church and is a regular volunteer for the Junior Achievement of Oklahoma’s JA Finance Park.

Robison and his wife Marissa have two children – Rebekah, 16, and Walter, 13.

When not working, you can find Robison spending time outdoors, gardening, cooking and going to concerts, as both of his children are accomplished musicians.

He also enjoys making bread and pizza dough.

“And yes, the dough is hand-tossed!” Robison said.

“I have a passion for families – of course my own family, but developing strong family units is vital to the success of our communities, and providing family for those who don’t have it is such a big need right now,” Williams said.

When not working, you can find Williams working in his church, coaching youth sports, hanging out with family and friends, playing games, riding bikes and hiking mountains – which he says “is not as easy as it sounds.”

Williams spent years as a health and fitness coach and was a certified Insanity (workout program) instructor. He and his wife Lacy, who is a USA Today best-selling author, have four children and two puppies, Junior and Ace.

The separate branch banking offices are located at 301 W 4th Avenue in Caney Kansas and 810 E Illinois Avenue in Vinita Oklahoma.  The purchase also includes the ATM sites in each respective community.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2022.  At close, RCB BANK will have total assets of approximately $4.2 billion and 65 branch bank locations in 36 cities throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.

“The acquisition of the ARVEST branch locations will help strengthen our new Vinita market presence and continue our expansion into southeastern Kansas.  We look forward to being part of both communities and providing them with the services and products to which they have become accustomed,” said Roger Mosier Pres/CEO of RCB BANK.

CATOOSA, Okla. – RCB Bank is excited to announce Jeff Howell as the new Market President in the Catoosa and Inola markets. Howell has been with RCB Bank since 2010 and worked in real estate and commercial lending.

“Catoosa and Inola are both thriving and growing communities. I look forward to becoming more involved in both while getting to know our customers,” said Howell. “I believe my long-term experience in banking and with RCB Bank will allow me to serve as a resource to both markets and customers. I am passionate about helping our customers capitalize on their financial goals and am excited for the opportunity to do so.”

Howell served on the Claremore Museum of History Executive Board. From 2015-2019, he served in the Claremore Chamber of Commerce. He was the Chamber president in 2018. He was also involved with the Rogers County Homebuilders Association from 2012-2017.

“I am eager to serve and volunteer in the Catoosa and Inola communities,” said Howell.

When not at work, Jeff likes to spend time antiquing with his wife, spending time with his three children or bass fishing. He also loves technology and tries to learn something new every day.

The locations will continue to operate as Oklahoma State Bank and Lakeside State Bank respectively until late third quarter 2021.

He currently serves on the RCB Bank Ponca City Advisory Board of Directors and is Vice Chairman of the Ponca City Development Authority serving on the Board for another term.

Evans graduated from Oklahoma State University with majors in accounting and finance, and received his MBA from East Texas University. WINFIELD, Kan. – The Kansas Bankers Association is pleased to honor Loretta (Dee) Ledy for over 50 years of service in Kansas banks. Dee began her banking career in 1968 at First Federal Savings and Loan when she was a senior at Winfield High School.

Over the next 27 years, Ledy advanced from a teller to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Lending. She served as the lending coordinator for secondary market loans, a CRA compliance officer, quality control, reviewed consumer loans, and assisted with loan acquisitions and real estate appraisals.

In 1995, Commerce Bank acquired Union National Bank, formerly known as First Federal Savings and Loan.  At that time, Ledy joined  the First National Bank of Winfield and CornerBank family. For the next 21 years, she served as Senior Vice President of Lending and Secondary Market Lending Coordinator for CornerBank.

“I love helping customers and am proud to have assisted three generations of customers realize their dream to purchase, remodel or build a home,” said Ledy.

When RCB Bank purchased CornerBank in 2016, Ledy continued serving customers as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate, Consumer and Commercial Real Estate Lending. She looks forward to serving her fourth generation of customers and continues to focus on giving the best customer service possible.

Dee is also active in the Winfield Soroptimists, Lions Club and First United Methodist Church. She has been happily married to her husband Mike for 52 years. They have two children and one grandchild, Skyler.

ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. – RCB Bank donated $1,000 and presents for four local families to Angels in the Attic, a local non-profit that helps people in need.

“This has been a challenging year for many in our community. The need is greater now than ever before,” said RCB Bank Market President John Sturd. “RCB Bank and our employees are happy to help Angels in the Attic fill that need.”

In addition to the monetary donation from RCB Bank, their employees donated enough to sponsor Christmas gifts for four local families.

Angels in the Attic is a local non-profit that serves the community by networking with other area groups, businesses, churches, and organizations to better assist individuals that are struggling. Their thrift store items support programs for back to school supplies, a food pantry, medications, utility and rental assistance and clothing for individuals in need.
