Identity verification methods available:
- Insert your RCB Bank debit card, then type in your PIN.
- You can also call a video banker (during video banker hours) and use the built-in ID scanner with your ID.

Our ITMs are self-service 24/7. If you need assistance, RCB Bankers are available to video chat during:
- Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
