Bachman brings more than 15 years of community banking experience to his new role at RCB Bank. Throughout his career, he has held roles spanning agricultural, commercial, real estate and consumer lending, executive management, finance, securities management and strategic planning. His experience also includes serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Asset-liability Committee Chairman and Bank Director.
A native of Deer Creek, Oklahoma, Bachman earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an option in Commercial Bank Management from Oklahoma State University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. “I am honored to join RCB Bank and serve the Blackwell community in this role,” said Bachman. “RCB Bank has an outstanding reputation as a strong community bank that invests in the people and communities it serves. I look forward to working alongside our talented team to build lasting relationships, support local businesses and agricultural producers and help our community continue to grow and thrive.”
