RCB Bank Welcomes Claremore Vice President, Loan Officer Michael Holt

Claremore, OK. — RCB Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Holt as Vice President, Loan Officer at its Claremore Main location. Holt brings more than two decades of banking experience and a strong background in commercial banking to the role.

As Vice President, Loan Officer, Holt is responsible for originating and underwriting commercial loans, assessing creditworthiness, structuring loan terms, developing and maintaining customer relationships, monitoring loan portfolios and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Throughout his banking career, Holt has gained experience across multiple areas of the financial industry, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of banking operations and customer needs. Most recently, he has focused on commercial lending, helping businesses secure financing and achieve their growth goals.

Holt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Commercial Banking from the University of Arkansas. He is also a graduate of the Barrett Graduate School of Banking at Christian Brothers University, where he graduated cum laude.

Beyond his career in banking, Holt is a dedicated family man who has been married to his high school sweetheart, Suzanne, for 25 years. Together, they have two sons, Samuel and William. Whether cheering on Samuel at racing events or supporting William’s many sports activities, Holt enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in the interests that keep them active year-round.
