RCB Bank Promotes Daphne Moulton to Retail Coordinator in Blackwell
Blackwell, OK. — RCB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Daphne Moulton to Retail Coordinator at the Bank’s Blackwell location. In her new role, Moulton will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail side of the Bank while continuing to support customers and the Blackwell community.
Moulton joined RCB Bank in July 2025 as a Teller and quickly advanced to Vault Teller. In December 2025, she was promoted to Lead Teller before transitioning to a Customer Service Representative role. Her dedication to customer service, operational excellence and professional growth has led to her latest promotion.
“I’ve met so many wonderful people while working here and I’m excited for the opportunity to continue serving our community and supporting our team in this new role,” said Moulton.
Moulton describes her leadership style as team-oriented, believing that every employee contributes to the success of the Bank. She is equally committed to continuous learning and personal development, continually seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. Honesty and integrity guide her both professionally and personally and are values she brings to her leadership role each day.
A native of Newkirk, Oklahoma, Moulton is actively involved in her community. She has served on the Blackwell School Foundation Board since January 2025 and is a graduate of the Blackwell Leadership Class of 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Nathan, and their family of six children, especially at the lake.
As Retail Coordinator, Moulton will play a key role in supporting RCB Bank’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships throughout the Blackwell community.
