Why RCB Bank?

The purpose of RCB Bank is to meet the financial needs of its communities, its businesses and its customers. RCB Bank is also a responsible citizen and business leader within the communities it serves. At RCB Bank, we don’t just provide a service for our customers—we build relationships. We enjoy getting to know our customers and are proud of the service we provide. Our goal is that each intern receives a well-rounded introduction to community banking and the opportunity to one day become a key contributor at RCB Bank.

Our Internship Program

Our goal is to engage interns in meaningful work, educate them in the field of community banking, encourage growth, and empower interns to drive the success of the program. Community Service

RCB Bank is a community bank. We don’t just sponsor an event, we participate. Employees are involved in local organizations, conduct outreach and organize events in their communities.
