- Why am I receiving this debit card?
- Your current debit card is expiring. Any existing debit cards in your name tied to this account will be deactivated within 60 days from the date your new card was issued OR after the first transaction on this new card has occurred.
- You placed a request for a new debit card. Any existing debit cards in your name tied to this account will be deactivated within 21 days from the date your new card was issued.
- We’re sending a new debit card as we have upgraded our technology to offer Tap to Pay debit card convenience. You’ll notice your new card has the Contactless Symbol on the front of the card. Any existing debit cards in your name tied to this account will be deactivated within 60 days from the date your new card was issued OR after the first transaction on this new card has occurred.
- Your Debit Card Number May Have Changed
- If this is your first RCB Bank Tap to Pay debit card, it will have a different number than your previous debit card.
- To activate your new Tap to Pay Visa® debit card, call 855-726-4885 and enter the information requested.
- How do I set or change my PIN?
- Call toll free 855-726-4885 and enter the information requested. You may also change your PIN at any RCB Bank ATM or RCB Bank location during normal business hours.
- How do I Report a Lost or Stolen Card?
- Contact RCB Bank immediately at 877-361-0814. Report a lost or stolen card as quickly as possible to limit the amount you may lose from unauthorized transactions.
- What if I Don’t Activate my New Card in 60 Days?
- Cards not activated within 60 days will be canceled. If there is no activity for 12 months, your card will be canceled to prevent fraud.
