RCB Bank OKC Metro Retail Coordinator

Oklahoma City, OK – Gregg Martindale is set to take on a new role as the OKC Metro Operations Retail Coordinator. In his new position, Gregg will oversee the retail coordinator operations in Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond and Yukon. Drawn by the opportunity to work for a community-minded institution, Gregg joined RCB Bank in August 2006 during its transition from Bank of Nichols Hills.

With over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, Gregg’s career has spanned various roles. His experience encompasses roles such as customer service representative, personal banker and assistant branch manager. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry and customer needs.

Gregg utilizes his Bachelor of Science and Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, to assist in mentoring and developing his team. His leadership style can be described as “coaching leadership,” actively guiding co-workers to reach their full potential. He takes pride in investing in his co-workers and helping them advance their careers within RCB Bank.

Gregg’s leadership doesn’t stop with co-workers, his approach to banking is deeply rooted in community values. He believes in building relationships with customers and doing whatever he can to solve their issues or problems. This customer-centric philosophy aligns perfectly with RCB Bank’s community-focused approach to banking.

Looking ahead, Gregg aims to continue the success he’s had in growing the Edmond market and apply it across the OKC Metro Market. His commitment to hard work, fair treatment and respect for others guides his decision-making and interactions, both professionally and personally.
