INOLA, Okla. – RCB Bank is pleased to announce Cas Salley as VP Community President in Inola.

Salley joined RCB Bank as a VP Loan Officer in June 2022 and has worked in banking since 1999. He owns a ranch in Inola, where he has lived for 10 years. He and his wife Brenda run a commercial cattle operation and raise quarter horses.

“I enjoy helping customers, from purchasing a vehicle to helping farmers, ranchers and business owners succeed in their industry,” Salley said. “I understand the challenges of running a business or your farm and ranch. I am here to build relationships for a long-term partnership with RCB Bank, as we are a small-town, community Bank that is always here for you.”

In his new role, Salley says he is excited to work with his staff to “continue to be the finest small-town Bank in Inola.”

Salley was raised in Catoosa, and his family owned and operated the Tulsa Stockyards for 20 years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture.

Salley serves on RCB Bank’s Agriculture Loan Committee and is a longtime board member of the Rogers County 4-H and FFA Premium Auction Committee. He is also a member of the Inola Education Enrichment Foundation and treasurer of the Tulsa State Fair Ringmasters, which provides scholarships to 4-H and FFA students across Oklahoma.

WINFIELD, Kan. – RCB Bank in Arkansas City and Winfield recently made a $500 donation to Angels in the Attic. The donation is just one of many ways RCB Bank and its employees give back to the communities in which they serve.

Along with the cash donation, RCB Bank employees from Winfield and Ark City donated toys and gifts to Angels in the Attic as well.

The branches had a “jeans day” to raise money for the project. RCB Bank employees adopted two families and bought gifts for each of those family members.

“We’ve been doing this for the past several years,” RCB Bank Retail Coordinator Kim Fleetwood said. “We do our best to help take care of our communities.”

Employees were allowed to wear jeans on Fridays for approximately two months – if they brought two or more cans of food to donate.

VINITA, Okla. – RCB Bank recently made a $500 donation to the Craig County Shriners, which will go to the Shriners’ transportation fund. The Shriners organization transports children to Shriners Hospitals or Burn Centers. The trips and treatment are done free of charge to families.

OWASSO, Okla. – The employees at Owasso’s two RCB Bank locations, along with employees of the RCB Bank Owasso Mortgage department, recently “adopted” two families in need to ensure they would have a merry Christmas.

Along with a bunch of presents, the employees also contributed enough money to give three $100 gift certificates for the children.

“The support that our staff showed was amazing,” RCB Bank Owasso Market President Skip Mefford said.

ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas – RCB Bank recently made a $500 donation to Angels in the Attic.

On top of the cash donation, RCB Bank employees from Winfield and Ark City donated toys and gifts to Angels in the Attic as well.

The bank locations had a “jeans day” to raise money for the project. RCB Bank employees adopted two families and bought gifts for those family members.

“We’ve done this the past several years,” RCB Bank Retail Coordinator Kim Fleetwood said. “We do our best to help take care of our communities.”

BLACKWELL, Okla. – RCB Bank employees and Shepherd Oil Co. recently teamed up to donate bottled water to Blackwell Elementary School.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, students are asked to bring a water bottle each day because the water fountains can only be used to refill bottles. Many times, students forget to bring a bottle, and the donation of 25 cases of water will help fill the gap.

When RCB Bank employees became aware of the issue, they believed it would be a good way of helping the children out.

Claremore, OKLA (October 1, 2021) – RCB BANK headquartered in Claremore Oklahoma, announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement with ARVEST Bank (“ARVEST”), headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to acquire two separate ARVEST branch banking offices, pending regulatory approval.

The separate branch banking offices are located at 301 W 4th Avenue in Caney Kansas and 810 E Illinois Avenue in Vinita Oklahoma.  The purchase also includes the ATM sites in each respective community.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2022.  At close, RCB BANK will have total assets of approximately $4.2 billion and 65 branch bank locations in 36 cities throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.

“The acquisition of the ARVEST branch locations will help strengthen our new Vinita market presence and continue our expansion into southeastern Kansas.  We look forward to being part of both communities and providing them with the services and products to which they have become accustomed,” said Roger Mosier Pres/CEO of RCB BANK.

Customers of both banks should continue to conduct banking as usual at their respective branches until the transaction closes and the Arvest branches are integrated into RCB BANK banking systems.  Customers of the Arvest branches can expect to receive notifications from RCB BANK in advance of the closing with information regarding the conversion their accounts.

ACHS provides the T-shirts to all students at no cost.
