RCB Bank announces the retirement of Jodi Higgins, Market President for the Hutchinson market, following a distinguished career spanning more than four decades in banking, including the past several years with RCB Bank.

“Jodi has built lasting relationships throughout her career by always putting customers first,” said EVP, Regional President Jadd Munn. “Her leadership and dedication have had a meaningful impact on both our customers and employees.”
In addition to her professional contributions, Higgins has remained active in her community, including past service with the Fox Theatre and Soroptimist organizations, as well as volunteer work with United Way and current involvement with the YMCA Advisory Board.
As Higgins transitions into retirement, she looks forward to spending more time with her grandchildren, traveling and enjoying her hobbies such as golf.
To facilitate this leadership change, RCB Bank has named her successor to ensure continued strong leadership in the Hutchinson market.
