Edmond, OK – RCB Bank’s Norman Market President Sean Fuller has been appointed to Private Banking Market President. Since joining RCB Bank in 2008 Sean has been instrumental in establishing and growing the Norman market which he has managed since 2014. As Sean begins his new role at RCB Bank, he brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and the same dedication to his customers in the private banking market.

Sean’s career in banking began in 1993 at Stillwater National Bank where he started their credit analysis department in Oklahoma City and rose to the position of Senior Vice President in commercial lending. His expertise lies in commercial lending and portfolio management with a focus on building strong customer relationships and closing complex deals efficiently.

As a leader, Sean emphasizes empowering his employees and fostering a supportive work environment. His approach to banking is characterized by professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to doing things the right way. He values the impact of banking on the community and finds fulfillment in seeing the tangible results of financed projects around town.

While reflecting on his career and what motivates him the most, Sean stated, “I enjoy closing loans and the post-closing handshakes. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, music and concerts with his wife, Christine of 32 years and their children. He is proud that all three of their children are third generation OU graduates and current students.

When it comes to community service, Sean is involved with the United Way of Norman serving as chair of the Financial Stability council and as a board member. He emphasizes the importance of character in business relationships and strives to maintain a balance between professional success and personal growth.

Along with the cash donation, RCB Bank employees from Winfield and Ark City donated toys and gifts to Angels in the Attic as well.

The branches had a “jeans day” to raise money for the project. RCB Bank employees adopted two families and bought gifts for each of those family members.

Both Winfield Community Food Pantry and Joseph’s Storehouse Food Pantry in Burden received $1,000 donations.

“Generous hearts by many of our employees and customers allowed us to donate a lot of food to the pantries,” RCB Bank SVP Market President Gregg Conklin said. “This is the season of giving, and RCB Bank is proud to always give back to our communities.”

Employees were allowed to wear jeans on Fridays for approximately two months – if they brought two or more cans of food to donate.

VINITA, Okla. – RCB Bank recently made a $500 donation to the Craig County Shriners, which will go to the Shriners’ transportation fund. The Shriners organization transports children to Shriners Hospitals or Burn Centers. The trips and treatment are done free of charge to families.

“The Shriners organization plays an important role in the community,” RCB Bank Market President Eddy Allensworth said. “It has been a priority of the bank to annually support the Craig County Shriners.”

Allensworth’s father, Dr. Edward Allensworth, was a longtime Shriner before passing away in 2020. Eddy Allensworth served as president of Oklahoma State Bank before it was acquired by RCB Bank last year.

BLACKWELL, Okla. – RCB Bank employees and Shepherd Oil Co. recently teamed up to donate bottled water to Blackwell Elementary School.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, students are asked to bring a water bottle each day because the water fountains can only be used to refill bottles. Many times, students forget to bring a bottle, and the donation of 25 cases of water will help fill the gap.

When RCB Bank employees became aware of the issue, they believed it would be a good way of helping the children out.

Claremore, OKLA (October 1, 2021) – RCB BANK headquartered in Claremore Oklahoma, announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement with ARVEST Bank (“ARVEST”), headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to acquire two separate ARVEST branch banking offices, pending regulatory approval.

The separate branch banking offices are located at 301 W 4th Avenue in Caney Kansas and 810 E Illinois Avenue in Vinita Oklahoma.  The purchase also includes the ATM sites in each respective community.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2022.  At close, RCB BANK will have total assets of approximately $4.2 billion and 65 branch bank locations in 36 cities throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.

“The acquisition of the ARVEST branch locations will help strengthen our new Vinita market presence and continue our expansion into southeastern Kansas.  We look forward to being part of both communities and providing them with the services and products to which they have become accustomed,” said Roger Mosier Pres/CEO of RCB BANK.

Customers of both banks should continue to conduct banking as usual at their respective branches until the transaction closes and the Arvest branches are integrated into RCB BANK banking systems.  Customers of the Arvest branches can expect to receive notifications from RCB BANK in advance of the closing with information regarding the conversion their accounts.

WINFIELD, Kan. – The Kansas Bankers Association is pleased to honor Loretta (Dee) Ledy for over 50 years of service in Kansas banks. Dee began her banking career in 1968 at First Federal Savings and Loan when she was a senior at Winfield High School.

Over the next 27 years, Ledy advanced from a teller to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Lending. She served as the lending coordinator for secondary market loans, a CRA compliance officer, quality control, reviewed consumer loans, and assisted with loan acquisitions and real estate appraisals.

In 1995, Commerce Bank acquired Union National Bank, formerly known as First Federal Savings and Loan.  At that time, Ledy joined  the First National Bank of Winfield and CornerBank family. For the next 21 years, she served as Senior Vice President of Lending and Secondary Market Lending Coordinator for CornerBank.

“I love helping customers and am proud to have assisted three generations of customers realize their dream to purchase, remodel or build a home,” said Ledy.

When RCB Bank purchased CornerBank in 2016, Ledy continued serving customers as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate, Consumer and Commercial Real Estate Lending. She looks forward to serving her fourth generation of customers and continues to focus on giving the best customer service possible.

Dee is also active in the Winfield Soroptimists, Lions Club and First United Methodist Church. She has been happily married to her husband Mike for 52 years. They have two children and one grandchild, Skyler.

In addition to the monetary donation from RCB Bank, their employees donated enough to sponsor Christmas gifts for four local families.

Angels in the Attic is a local non-profit that serves the community by networking with other area groups, businesses, churches, and organizations to better assist individuals that are struggling. Their thrift store items support programs for back to school supplies, a food pantry, medications, utility and rental assistance and clothing for individuals in need.
