Ponca City, OK. — RCB Bank would like to welcome Clint Barney as Vice President, Loan Officer of its Ponca City (North) location, bringing more than eight years of commercial and business lending experience and a strong commitment to community-focused banking.
In his role, Barney will work closely with local families and businesses to provide responsible, personalized lending solutions designed to support long‑term growth and financial success. Known for his relationship‑driven approach, he emphasizes trust, transparency and thoughtful guidance in every client relationship.
Barney originally joined RCB Bank in March 2018, building extensive experience in commercial and business lending before departing in June 2025 to gain additional professional perspective. He returned to RCB Bank in April 2026, bringing renewed insight and a dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals while strengthening the communities they call home.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Barney has completed the American Bankers Association’s Business Banking and Commercial Lending programs and is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association’s Commercial Lending School. His education and professional training provide a strong foundation in financial analysis, credit fundamentals and disciplined risk management, enabling him to structure lending solutions that align with both client needs and community banking values.

Actively involved in the community, Barney has served on the Peachtree Landing Board and currently serves with the University Center Foundation in Ponca City. His professional values center on integrity, relationship‑driven service and community impact.
Barney lives in Ponca City with his wife, Tara, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, helping with his family cattle operation and participating in golf and bowling.
