1. Business Checking

When you use a terminal not owned by us, the ATM owner/operator may charge additional fees. Transaction limits apply to avoid additional fees. Transactions include ACH debits, checks written, deposits, items deposited and withdrawals (excluding ACH credits, ATM & Debit Card). A monthly fee of $5.50 will be assessed for accounts receiving a paper statement. Member FDIC

2. Business Interest

A fee will be charged when the average collected balance is negative. This fee is determined based on the Federal Funds rate plus 4%. When you use a terminal not owned by us, the ATM owner/operator may charge additional fees. Please ask us for current rates. 5. eBusiness Analysis

The Earnings Credit will only reduce account charges and is calculated by applying an external index rate (maximum of 5%) to the average collected balance after subtracting reserve requirements for the month. The index is determined by the Investment Committee. An additional fee will be charged when the average collected balance is negative. This fee is determined based on the Federal Funds rate plus 4%. 8. CDARS^®

The Standard FDIC insurance maximum is $250,000 per insured capacity, per bank. Funds may be submitted for placement only after a depositor enters into the CDARS® Deposit Placement Agreement with RCB Bank. Please refer to the Deposit Placement Agreement for important account information, limitations, and conditions regarding the placement of funds by us, including funds availability and FDIC insurance coverage. CDARS® and Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service are registered service marks of Promontory Interfinancial Network, LLC. Consult with your account manager or one of our customer service representatives regarding rates. Please consult with your accountant or auditor to determine how CDs should be reported. Investment restrictions imposed by statutes, regulations or policies may limit the authority of public fund managers to invest through CDARS®. Public fund managers in the following states, among others, may be eligible to invest through CDARS®: AK, CO, CT, GA, HI, IL, KS, KY, ME, MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, and VT. 16. Mobile Deposit

19. my Advantage Checking

Rate may change after the account is opened. Minimum balance of $100 is required to earn interest at the disclosed Tier 1 APY on balances less than $20,000. Balances of $20,000 or more, or the entire balance if interest requirements are not met, will earn interest at the disclosed Tier 2 APY. Premium Interest Requirements: Maintain eStatement enrollment, make at least 20 debit card transactions and one ACH credit or debit transaction per statement cycle. Not maintaining eStatements will result in forfeiture of premium interest benefits. The minimum requirements to earn premium interest must be met and post to the account in each statement cycle.
